Overview
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has established the Building Safety Division (BSD) to ensure high risk residential buildings (HRBs) are safe and that people feel safe in their homes. Within BSD’s High Risk Building (HRB) Regulation, there are two functions: Building Control and In Occupation.
