Main duties of the job:
- Undertake consultations with a range of patients as an autonomous practitioner taking a history, carrying out physical examination, and use clinical knowledge and judgement to identify potential diagnosis.
- Utilise clinical knowledge and experience to provide competent care to meet the health and social care needs of patients.
- Ensure all treatment provided are based on evidence and best practice.
- Assist clinical audit and the setting and monitoring of service standards.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient consultations using appropriate clinical software.
