The predicted salary is between 60000 - 70000 £ per year.

4 sessions, working days are Monday all day, Wednesday & Thursdays AM. We also have sessions available at our other 2 sites, Grove Medical Centre and All Saints Surgery which will be discussed at the interview. Interviews will be taking place on Thursday 18th June (PM). Ideal candidates are GPs who hold the appropriate qualification, effective communication, clinical and problem-solving skills, and be self-motivated.

Within this position, you will be required to demonstrate reliable clinical reasoning and have a positive enthusiastic approach to working within our multi-disciplinary team. Deliver against all GMS requirements. This role is advertised for 6 sessions.

Main duties of the job:

  • Undertake consultations with a range of patients as an autonomous practitioner taking a history, carrying out physical examination, and using clinical knowledge and judgement to identify potential diagnosis.
  • Utilise clinical knowledge and experience to provide competent care to meet the health and social care needs of patients.
  • Ensure all treatment provided is based on evidence and best practice.
  • Assist in clinical audit and the setting and monitoring of service standards.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient consultations using appropriate clinical software.

  • High QOF, KPIs and Enhanced Services targets consistently achieved.
  • All sites use EMIS Web clinical system and Docman 10.
  • Integrated telephony.
  • Successful track record of additional service delivery as part of the local GP network, including Primary Care Network and other bespoke services.
