The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.

This role is advertised for 4 sessions a week.

Ideal candidates will be GPs who will hold the appropriate qualification. The successful candidate will require effective communication, clinical and problem-solving skills and be self-motivated. Within this position you will be required to demonstrate reliable clinical reasoning and have a positive enthusiastic approach to working within our multi-disciplinary team. Deliver against all GMS requirements.

Main duties of the job:

  • Undertake consultations with a range of patients as an autonomous practitioner taking a history, carrying out physical examination, and use clinical knowledge and judgement to identify potential diagnosis.
  • Utilise clinical knowledge and experience to provide competent care to meet the health and social care needs of patients.
  • Ensure all treatment provided are based on evidence and best practice.
  • Assist in clinical audit and the setting and monitoring of service standards.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient consultations using appropriate clinical software.
