Health Alliance PCN is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) for the Extended Access Hub at Belmont Health Centre, Harrow. The post involves 15-minute appointments outside core GP hours, with a site-based role and no home visits.
You will autonomously assess, diagnose, and manage undifferentiated presentations, including prescribing as an independent prescriber, and work as part of the wider PCN team with consistent, set shifts.
