Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Freelance Speech and Language Therapists with expertise in supporting clients following brain injury and other neurological conditions. We have two distinct freelance opportunities available:
Content Developer (Course Creation)
This role requires an expert who can design and develop high-quality course content and learning materials for healthcare training. You will use your clinical knowledge and experience to produce accurate, engaging, and evidence-based educational resources.
Training Delivery (Student Teaching)
This role involves delivering engaging and interactive training sessions to students on placement. You will provide guidance and constructive feedback on their clinical practice, and liaise with placement providers to ensure students receive an outstanding learning experience.

Requirements
- Current SALT registration with profession specific regulator
- Proven experience in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality training and supporting student learning.
