About the role
We are very excited to be opening a new store in Bath, in Autumn 2025. We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Store Manager to join and help build a strong team at this new location. This is a great opportunity for a passionate leader to join an industry-leading heritage furniture company.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the company’s strategy and proactively managing the sales performance of your departments by leading and motivating the selling team, developing and managing customer service levels, and setting shop floor standards. Your focus will be to achieve budgeted sales targets through recruiting and developing team members, managing stock effectively, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring optimal presentation standards while controlling costs and shrinkage. You will create an inviting atmosphere and help bring the Heal’s brand to life, aiming to educate, inspire, and excite our customers through your team’s sales efforts.
