About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging sales consultant to join our Bicester Outlet store on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a passionate salesperson to join an industry leading Heritage furniture outlet at Bicester Avenue.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Heal’s, a brand founded on quality, craftsmanship and innovation, and will be responsible for providing a complete shopping experience for our customers that is unrivalled by our competitors. You will provide the highest levels of customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building quality customer relationships.

Key Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Knowledge of home products is desirable
• Passion for design, quality & craftsmanship
• Strong communication skills
• Confidence
• Ability to use own initiative
• Photography interest could be beneficial
• Flexible and available to work weekends and throughout the week
