Heal’s has been designing, making and selling quality furniture for more than two centuries. Starting out as bed-makers in 1810, Heal’s has been at the forefront of some of the most influential interior design trends of the past 150 years, from Arts and Crafts in the 1890s to Bauhaus Modernism in the 1930s and the Scandinavian Design wave of the 1950s. The people at Heal’s are as passionate today as they’ve always been about pushing the boundaries of outstanding contemporary design. The home of design since 1810, Heal’s still champions good design, well-made products, and simple and honest craftsmanship.
We have a great opportunity for a Marketing & PR Manager to join Heal’s Marketing team at Heal’s Head Office. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and PR Manager to support with implementing marketing campaigns that elevate the Heal’s brand, drive traffic (online and in-store) and increase customer engagement. This role will be key in maintaining and enhancing Heal’s position as a leading voice in modern design while supporting commercial goals across digital and retail.
Salary: £40kpa
Hybrid Remote working: 3 days in the office per week
Hours: 35 hours (Mon-Fri)
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a junior marketing managerial role (preferably in luxury retail).
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, storytelling and digital media.
- Confident copywriting skills with a clear grasp of tone and messaging.
- Media contacts in design, interiors, lifestyle and national press (desirable).
- Proven experience in campaign planning, event management and influencer marketing.
- Strong visual eye and understanding of design-led communication.
- Highly organised with solid project management and communication skills.
- Passion for contemporary design and a deep appreciation for Heal’s heritage and vision.
