Trade Administrator & Customer Service Advisor
As a Trade Administrator and Customer Service Advisor, you will provide support to the Trade and Planning team at our Tottenham Court Rd store in London. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, resolving customer queries, and helping ensure the smooth running of the Heal\’s Trade department.
Key Skills and Experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in a customer service role (preferred)
- Experience in a retail or interior design environment (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
