We are looking for a passionate and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our global People team at Healix. This is a key role supporting our Operations Assistance function, where you will design, deliver and embed high-quality learning solutions that drive performance and support our strategic objectives. You’ll work closely with operational leaders, subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to create innovative learning programmes, shape onboarding experiences and contribute to the development of a best-in-class Operations Academy.
About You
- Proven experience in Learning Development, training or organisational development within a fast-paced environment
- Strong instructional design capability and experience creating engaging learning content
- Confident facilitator with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems
- A collaborative, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- CIPD or other L&D qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working within operations, assistance or service-led environments
