This is a broad and impactful HR generalist role, supporting the delivery of our People strategy across a global organisation. You’ll provide credible, actionable HR advice to employees and people leaders across a wide range of areas including employee relations, compliance, wellbeing, engagement, policy development, organisational design, and change initiatives. Reporting to the People Director – Healix International, you’ll combine deep HR knowledge with creativity and commercial insight to deliver effective people solutions. What we are looking for Proven experience in an HR advisory or generalist role, with a strong focus on operational HR, ER, and performance management. Deep knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Global HR experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust. About The Role What you will be doing Trusted Advisor to People Managers Be the first point of contact for people leaders, advising on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices. Coach managers and employees on leadership and performance. Employee Relations Manage ER cases (performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence). Lead investigations and ensure fair, policy-aligned outcomes. Support conflict resolution and mediation. Change Management Support change initiatives (restructures, TUPE, transformations). Guide leaders through effective change strategies. Wellbeing, Engagement & Inclusion Help design and deliver wellbeing and engagement programmes. Act as a key contact for wellbeing support and assess programme impact. Policy Development Contribute to HR policy creation and reviews, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with best practice. Compliance & Risk Advise on employment law and help mitigate legal risks. Conduct HR audits and risk assessments. Talent Acquisition Support recruitment with the Recruitment Business Partner and Group HR. Coach hiring managers on best practices. Learning & Development Work with L&D and Quality teams on leadership development. Deliver HR training and evaluate effectiveness. Visa & Immigration Support visa processes and ensure compliance. Liaise with legal advisors on complex cases. People Reporting & MI Produce HR reports (e.g. turnover, absence, ER trends). Use insights to improve processes and employee experience. HR Administration Ensure HR admin complies with employment law, internal policies, and confidentiality standards.
