Head of Sales (Corporate)

About the role
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute the Corporate sales strategy to generate new business through intermediaries, partners, and direct channels.
- Meet and surpass annual sales targets set by the Commercial Director to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
- Mentor, train, and support the sales team to foster development.
- Achieve set performance objectives.
- Encourage a collaborative, high-performing sales culture.
- Provide regular pipeline performance reports to the Commercial Director.
- Utilize Salesforce effectively for sales tracking and reporting.
Intermediary Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key intermediaries, aligning with the intermediary framework strategy.
- Collaborate to identify new opportunities and deliver tailored client solutions.
- Participate in intermediary meetings and conduct product training sessions.
Sales Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the Distribution Framework.
- Respond to RFPs and quotes; lead client presentations.
- Coordinate with various departments to deliver compelling sales solutions.
Pipeline Management & Reporting:
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline accurately.
- Provide regular sales activity updates to senior leadership.
