About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will generate and qualify leads across the region, support pipeline development, and contribute directly to the wider growth of our sales function.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead Generation & Qualification – Identify, engage, and qualify prospects through outbound outreach, inbound follow‑up, and targeted campaigns. Convert early interest into pipeline opportunities for the sales team.
  • Regional Market Engagement – Build strong relationships with Chambers of Commerce, trade bodies, and local business networks. Represent Healix at regional events, trade shows, and networking forums.
  • Territory Strategy Support – Partner with EMEA Business Development Directors to support territory plans. Assist in prioritising accounts and identifying areas of opportunity.
  • Marketing Alignment – Collaborate closely with Marketing to align SDR activity with campaigns and events. Use regionalised messaging and collateral to maximise engagement.
  • Reporting & Metrics – Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution in our CRM systems. Provide regular insights to support team performance and forecasting.

Required Criteria

  • Proven sales experience within EMEA markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.

  • Travel and Risk Management, Medical Assistance experience.
