Location: Three Temple Quay, Temple Back East
Role purpose: The role acts as the conduit between the IT department and Healix Health, ensuring clear two-way communication. The role holder will capture change requests to the Healix Health product suite to validate business value and collaborate with IT to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions to an agreed schedule.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements.
- Report concisely and clearly on technical matters to non-technical staff.
- Translate requirements into IT solution deliverables.
- Project management of multiple workstreams.
- Participate in Healix Health workshops.
- Provide updates on the status and progress of related IT projects.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Prior experience: commercial experience in business analysis.
- Technical acumen and knowledge: experience with complex multi-user cloud and on-premises systems.
- Tools proficiency: ability to create presentations using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Communication skills: ability to influence through reasoned arguments, communicate technical matters to non-technical users, translate non-technical requirements into technical specifications, and present ideas within a matrix structure to diverse audiences across varying levels of seniority.
- Management skills: ability to drive agile projects using PRINCE2 or similar.
- Strong track record delivering IT solutions on schedule and aligned with business requirements.
