We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing People Team. Internally this role will be called Recruitment Business Partner. As Healix Health's Recruitment Business Partner, you won't just fill vacancies - you will understand our goals and shape recruitment plans to support them. By anticipating future workforce needs, you can help our teams scale effectively and ensure we have the right talent, at the right time, in the right roles.
Location: Three Temple Quay, Temple Back East
Working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and oversee all recruitment activities and requirements, understanding resourcing needs and advising on routes and methods to find and source qualified and suitable candidates. You will also ensure a positive candidate experience while adhering to HR best practices and legal requirements.
About The Role
With leadership and direction from the People Manager, this position includes, but is not limited to, the following core responsibilities:
- Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, across multiple role types, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, market conditions, and best practice.
- Ensure appropriate assessments take place for the role, e.g., testing technical skills, presentations, example scenarios, written/numerical exercises and psychometric testing.
- Develop innovative and creative routes to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking and referrals to attract candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and offers, providing a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Graduate Recruitment
- Support and deliver the organisation’s graduate recruitment strategy.
- Coordinate annual graduate recruitment campaigns, including attraction, assessment, and selection activity.
- Build relationships with universities, careers services, and external partners.
- Organise and represent Healix Health at careers fairs and recruitment events to build a strong employer brand.
- Talent Pipeline Strategy
- Proactively build talent pipelines for graduates and critical skill areas and reduce reliance on recruitment agencies through direct sourcing.
- Use sourcing tools, networking, and direct approaches to strengthen pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand future hiring needs and skills gaps.
- Maintain accurate talent data within the ATS/HR systems.
- Learning and Development
- Develop and lead recruitment training workshops for managers across the business.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- With guidance from the People Manager promote Apprenticeship scheme opportunities for incoming employees. This may extend to current employees too, through their learning and development.
This Position Requires
- Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition / In-house Recruiter role.
- Experience within medical, health cover, insurance, customer services or the hospitality sector, would be beneficial.
- Experience using a variety of recruitment tools - job boards, LinkedIn etc.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the business.
- Strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Data driven with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive approach to work and analytical problem‑solving skills.
