We have an exciting opening for a Change Project Manager, based in our Esher offices. The Change Project Manager will play a pivotal role in a large-scale change programme at Healix. The primary focus of this role is to coordinate and orchestrate strategic planning activities across the programme, ensuring strict adherence and alignment with the outlined deliverables of the Transformation Programme. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for planning, facilitating and ensuring smooth progression of the transformation initiatives. Working closely with the Executive Board and the Transformation Programme Working Groups you will ensure that the planning and organisation of change initiatives are managed effectively, setting the groundwork for successful future execution. This is a position for someone with prior experience in project managing large-scale transformation programmes, ideally with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and in line with quality standards and budget requirements.
