As our 'Partnership Manager - Private' you will play a pivotal role in our Private growth team with a focus on growing revenue. This is done by maximising opportunities from existing accounts and working with the Divisional Director to secure new contracts. Some of your primary responsibilities will be:
- Embedding yourself into our existing accounts.
- Identifying cross selling opportunities and ensuring maximum revenue from these accounts.
- Prospecting for new accounts, following up on leads and setting up meetings with key decision makers.
- Managing end to end sales of Melios services to a range of customers across corporate and employers, PMIs, brokers, Health Cash Plan and OH providers.
- Developing tenders and proposals.
- Demonstrating how Melios services meet the needs of customers through understanding pain points, challenges and opportunities.
- Be the point of contact for your accounts and escalation of queries or concerns as appropriate.
- Attendance at business and industry network events, conferences and forums to promote Melios and our services securing leads and opportunities.
- Understanding industry market trends and identifying opportunities for continued growth.
What you need to have:
- Track record of sales (ideally within healthcare, healthtech or similar industry).
- Passion for making a difference for people with mental health difficulties and neurodiverse conditions.
- Experience of selling into corporate, employers and ideally PMI, HCP and brokers understanding sales and procurement cycles, budget timeframes etc.
- Strong account management experience.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous use of Hubspot (desirable).
- Flexibility to support our mission of bringing healthcare to anyone, anytime, anywhere.
- A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the highest standards of safeguarding of adults/children.
- Although a remote based role, travel will be required to meet with customers, attend events etc.
