What we’re looking for:
- Clinical registration with HCPC or full GMC registration with a licence to practise in the UK/on the GMC Specialist Register in Paediatrics or Community Child Health
- Demonstrable expertise in the assessment and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Familiarity with autism diagnostic frameworks (e.g. DSM-5, ICD-11)
- Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary diagnostic team
- Awareness and adherence to NICE guidelines for autism assessments
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to ethical, evidence-based care
- Trained in standardised tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R)
- Experience writing comprehensive diagnostic reports
- Experienced in ADHD assessments
