As a Specialist Neurodevelopment Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in our Neurodevelopment team providing high quality diagnostic assessments as well as, in some areas, offering post‑diagnostic support to help children, adults and their families understand their diagnosis both in person and digitally. Some of your role can be delivered remotely and some will be delivered at our in‑person clinics in Hereford and Worcester. You\’ll be a key part of our in‑person clinic team, welcoming clients and their families and ensuring a positive experience. You\’ll be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of colleagues and clients and maintaining an appropriate space for clinical sessions.

Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech and Language Therapy
- Psychology (Clinical, Counselling or Forensic) or
- Mental Health / Learning Disability Nursing
- Clinical registration with HCPC or NMC. Must be ADOS or ADI‑r trained and experienced. Desirable to be trained and experienced in both ADOS and ADI‑R. Minimum of 1 year experience of conducting diagnostic assessments and interventions. Flexibility to support our mission of bringing healthcare to anyone, anytime, anywhere. A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the highest standards of safeguarding of adults/children.
- As part of our pre‑employment checks, all employees of Healios will be asked to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Dependent on your role within the business, this will either be an Enhanced or Basic. A Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check will be required. You will also be asked to provide two professional references as a minimum.
