POSITION: Permanent, Full/Part Time (minimum of 30 hours per week)

LOCATION: Fully remote

As a Senior Clinician (Associate Network), you will play a pivotal role in our Neurodevelopmental Associate (Autism and/or ADHD) teams supporting Associate clinicians with your clinical expertise on cases, MDT's, WIP, safeguarding, clinical enquiries and helping improve clinical quality. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to interview Associate Clinicians, support clinical onboarding, lead welcome calls, and undertake quality checks and assurance.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing monitoring of clinical compliance, case management, KPIs and quality, escalating themes and trends to the Clinical Operations Manager, Heads of, and other key stakeholders.
  • Fostering a strong community of practice across the service, ensuring consistent clinical coverage, shared learning, and alignment in how we deliver care.
  • Holding your own case load (as required) and providing sickness absence cover as needed.

What you need to have:

  • Qualified Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, Speech & Language Therapist, Social Worker, Learning Disabilities Nurse or registered Nurse (Adult/Child).
  • Extensive experience in delivering Autism assessments and appropriate training in ADOS, ADI-R and/or diagnostic experience including observation and histories for ADHD.
  • Overseeing high‑quality client care and upholding clinical standards across the Associate network.
  • Demonstrating skills in consultation and collaboration with others across the clinical teams and functions.
  • Ability to work autonomously with clear timelines and accountability.
