Role Overview

The Social Content Producer is a hands‑on creative role, focused on the day‑to‑day ideation, capture, editing, and delivery of Healf’s social content.

This person operates at the intersection of creative vision and production execution, fluent in both conceptualisation and hands‑on craft.

This person is a natural storyteller with a genuine passion for social media and wellbeing, demonstrated through a portfolio of engaging, attractive, and story‑rich content, Reporting into the Head of Content, the Social Content Producer is responsible for creating engaging, original, and wellbeing‑obsessed content to life that is on‑brand, platform‑ready, and sets Healf’s socials apart.

As a key player in bringing content to life, the Social Content Producer will collaborate with wider comms and partnership teams to bring a range of concepts to life.

What You Will Do

  • Ideate, capture, and edit social‑first content including short‑form video, photography, motion graphics, and static assets for owned social channels, primarily Instagram.
  • Optimise content for saves, shares, and reach, constantly pushing for creative assets that drive engagement.
  • Drive ownable formats forward, working with talent to create unmistakably Healf series.
  • Edit final assets using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Bring Healf’s product curation to life in creative, social formats that go beyond aesthetic UGC.
  • Interpret creative briefs and brand guidelines to produce content that is visually consistent and strategically aligned.
  • Contribute to the overall social media strategy and help shape it through original, scroll‑stopping ideas.
  • Assist in pre‑production planning, specifically shot list development.
  • Support in managing content calendars, asset libraries, and production logistics.
  • Stay on the pulse of social media trends, emerging formats, and platform algorithm changes to inform content strategy.
  • Work closely with brand and talent partners to bring a range of content to life, including product‑first concepts and talent campaigns.
  • Stay in the know of wellbeing trends, brand innovation, and cultural moments.
  • Actively contribute creative ideas in brainstorms and concept development sessions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Work with influencers, content partners, and other talent to bring social‑first concepts to life.
  • Support paid social by adapting and repurposing top‑performing organic content into ad‑ready formats.
  • Collaborate with the paid social/performance team to ensure creative learnings and platform trends inform both the organic and paid content pipelines.
  • What You Will Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in social content production, digital media, or a related creative role.
  • Proficient in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Photoshop; strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
  • Deep understanding of social content best practices and what makes content successful across specific platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic briefs into premium, on‑brand visual content.
  • Strong visual storytelling sensibility and a keen eye for design, motion, and editorial quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong project management instincts with the ability to prioritise across multiple workstreams.
