Build the Future of Wellbeing. Do Your Life’s Best Work. If modern wellbeing were redesigned from scratch, it wouldn’t live in a GP’s office or a cluttered supplement aisle. It would be digital-first, beautifully curated, and powered by data that actually helps you feel your best. That’s what we’re building at Healf — an ecommerce platform at the intersection of personalised health and curated wellbeing. We connect customers with the world’s most effective products across EAT, MOVE, MIND, and SLEEP, and we’re just getting started. We combine culture-shaping storytelling, cutting-edge health tech (like our new blood testing platform, Healf Zone), and a best-in-class product experience to help people build rituals that work. Backed by investors behind Soho House, Alo Yoga, Cult Beauty, and Innocent, we’re scaling fast—and redefining how the world shops and lives well.

About the Role: We’re looking for a talented Senior Brand Designer to bring Healf’s creative vision to life. This is a hands-on design role for someone who can balance high-quality execution with creative collaboration, ensuring every visual asset reflects and elevates the Healf brand. Working as part of a collaborative in-house creative team, you’ll have the autonomy to produce top-tier designs across digital, print, and experiential channels while also contributing to our overall creative direction. You’ll report to the Creative Director for guidance but will play a key role in the creation, strategy, and execution of compelling visual work that pushes the brand forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Design Execution: Develop and deliver standout design concepts that reflect Healf’s brand identity across digital, print, packaging, and experiential platforms.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the Creative Lead and wider team to ideate, shoot, and design in-house content, ensuring a cohesive and polished brand aesthetic.
  • Creative Asset Development: Produce high-quality visual assets for social media, website, product packaging, and marketing campaigns, meeting deadlines and brand standards.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the Brand Asset Bank, ensuring all designs align with Healf’s visual guidelines and design systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to seamlessly integrate visual storytelling across the business.
  • Design Strategy: Contribute to design strategy and creative direction, while remaining hands-on in producing and delivering high-quality work.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in brand design, with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, motion, and experiential design.
  • Ability to contribute to strategic creative direction while remaining hands-on with the day-to-day production of design assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and a strong understanding of motion design principles.
  • Proven experience working in an in-house creative team, with knowledge of design systems, brand guidelines, and asset management.
  • A proactive team player who can take direction, collaborate effectively, and bring a unique creative vision to the table.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to balance multiple projects without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • A passion for wellbeing and Healf’s pillars—EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP—and a drive to translate this into meaningful visual storytelling.
