This is a high-impact, entry-level commercial role for someone who wants to build deep experience at the intersection of brand management, data, and growth. You'll own a portfolio of UK health and wellness brands on Healf, acting as their main point of contact and growth partner. You'll manage relationships end-to-end, drive commercial performance, and work cross-functionally to ensure your brands are set up for long-term success on the platform. As Healf scales rapidly, this role will evolve quickly, making it ideal for a smart, adaptable generalist who wants a steep learning curve and fast progression.

Where You'll Make An Impact

  • Maximising Brand Partner Growth: Analyse performance data to identify what truly drives growth for your UK brand portfolio. Turn insights into clear recommendations across pricing, inventory, marketing, supply chain, and content. Build forecasts and performance decks that give brands full visibility on how they are tracking. Partner closely with internal teams to remove bottlenecks and move fast. Use demand signals to expand assortments intelligently while managing inventory risk.
  • Building Exceptional Brand Relationships: Understand each brand's UK strategy and co-create plans to achieve shared growth goals. Build trust quickly to enable productive conversations around sales, marketing, and distribution. Act in the best interests of your brand partners at all times.
  • Maximising Brand Partner Growth: Stay intellectually curious in a fast-moving health and wellness landscape. Challenge assumptions and spot opportunities to improve how Healf operates commercially.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong organisational skills with serious attention to detail.
  • High IQ and EQ, you're sharp, self-aware, and great with people.
  • A natural relationship builder who listens first and earns trust.
  • Comfort working with data and telling a clear, compelling story from it (Excel, Shopify, analytics tools).
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in how businesses grow.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with the grit to work hard and push beyond 9–5 when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
