You'll oversee the ideation, planning, and execution of Healf's customer retention strategy across CRM, subscriptions, app, and customer experience. At the same time, you'll drive the growth of our newest product, Healf Zone, testing and scaling acquisition loops, referral programs, and product-led growth tactics.
