The Role: In the past year we scaled Google Ads by over 300%, driving tens of millions in new customer revenue. Next year, we aim higher. As Paid Search Lead, you will architect and lead the growth of our PPC engine, from strategy through to execution, testing and analysis. This is not a routine role; it's for innovators who thrive on breaking boundaries and pioneering new approaches.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

  • Lead PPC at Healf, reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing
  • Manage account managers, executives and agency relationships
  • Collaborate with Google reps to test betas and new product launches
  • Conduct constant testing and performance optimisation in the account
  • Deep-dive into incrementality and attribution (MMM, custom MTA, etc.)
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally on company-wide activations
  • Stay up to date with latest paid-search trends and advancements

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of PPC experience, truly living and breathing paid search
  • Intelligent, driven, first-principles thinker
  • Mastery of Google Ads Manager and Google Ads Editor
  • Strong familiarity with GA4, GTM, GMC and associated tools

  • Comfortable managing a team and large budgets solo
