Healf has built something rare: half a million customers, 700k orders, and 100+ brands across EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. A supply chain that has scaled from £1m to £100m in under three years. Now we need someone to build what comes next.
This role is not a typical inventory control position. You will own inventory planning and replenishment for around 70 tech brands from scratch, including the forecasting logic, safety stock framework, and weekly buy plan. You will design what gets automated and apply judgement where automation is unsafe.
Healf is Europe’s fastest-growing company, aiming for £1bn in the next three years. We curate the world’s best wellbeing brands across The Four Pillars™: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. Inventory is one of the highest-leverage points in the business, and your role will directly impact revenue and cash performance.
What you will own:
- The inventory planning and replenishment system for ~70 tech brands.
- The forecasting framework, updating rapidly as data arrives.
- The analytics and reporting spine, building decision cadence around it.
- The cross-functional operating rhythm, working across teams with authority.
- The process and automation map, defining what to automate and where human judgement is necessary.
Why you’re Healf:
- You build reports yourself using raw data.
- You create MVP systems that people actually use.
- You segment ruthlessly and explain prioritisation clearly.
- You think in scenarios, basing PO decisions on risk tolerance.
- You are curious about AI and have used it to enhance your work.
- You track your sleep and consider your diet, believing in the mission of wellbeing.
Show us:
- A system, process, or tool you built from scratch.
- A moment where your judgement overrode the model.
- A bad decision and what you learned from it.
- Evidence of moving fast without breaking things.
- Something personal about your connection to wellbeing.
The deal: Competitive base for the right person. We expect full ownership and commitment. In return, we invest in your growth and wellbeing.
One question: Include your answer in your CV or cover letter attachment when you apply. You’ve just taken over planning for a high-growth tech brand. It’s been live for six weeks, the first reorder is due, and the sales data is noisy. You have £40k of open budget and the supplier has a three-week lead time. How do you approach the buy decision? 200 words. Plain English. No templates. Show us how you think.
