Wellness Technology is one of Healf’s highest-stakes categories – high reward, high volatility, and deeply dependent on the quality of the commercial relationships behind it. This role puts you at the centre of that. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 90 (and growing) Wellness Technology brands. You will own the relationships, commercial performance, oversee inventory management, forecasting decisions, and all the decisions that sit under the category. This is not an account-management role in the traditional sense. The brands you represent are counting on you to know what good looks like, to bring them useful intelligence, and to work genuinely in their interest. You’ll manage these accounts not only in the UK, but in several markets, starting with the EU, as we grow and scale into other markets. You’ll work closely across operations, growth, and marketing to keep your brands on the forefront. Healf's commercial model depends on brands succeeding on the platform. When a brand grows, we grow.

About you

  • You are a natural relationship builder, but not in a surface way. You earn trust by being prepared, by following through, and by knowing your accounts well enough to tell them something useful. You do not rely on charm alone but you back it with work.
  • You are commercially curious. You look at a brand’s performance data and you want to understand what’s driving it, not because you have been asked to, but because the answer matters. You find that instinct more natural than most people at your stage, and you have started to understand why that is rare.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity in the way that good operators are. When no clean forecast exists, you build one anyway. Triangulating signals, stress-testing assumptions, and making a defensible call without waiting for perfect information.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a commercial, brand partnership, or category role – ideally in the health and wellness or consumer technology sector.
  • Genuine comfort with data: you use numbers to find the argument, not to produce the report.
  • Organisational instinct that scales – you can hold multiple accounts and workstreams without dropping any of them.
  • Clear, direct communication.
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness, not as a marketing position, but because you live it.

What you will own

  • Brand relationships – day-to-day management of ~90 Wellness Technology brands. You are their primary point of contact on Healf. They should feel, consistently, that someone credible is across their account and working in their interest.
  • Commercial performance – revenue, margin, and efficiency across your portfolio. You will use sales, inventory, and pricing data to find opportunities and act on them.
  • Forecasting and inventory – demand signal analysis, safety stock logic, and replenishment decisions for a volatile, price-elastic category. You will build and iterate the systems.
  • Growth strategy – collaborating with brands on their Healf and UK/EU objectives – understanding where they want to go and building joint business plans to get them there.
  • Market intelligence – monitoring demand signals and trends across the health and wellness landscape. Feeding what you learn back into assortment strategy and partnership decisions.
  • Internal coordination – working across brand, operations, and growth to keep your portfolio moving. Identifying friction and removing it.

What you will have built in a year

  • A portfolio where every relationship is in good health both in the UK and the EU – brands that respond quickly, share openly, and trust you with their roadmap.
  • A clear commercial view of each brand: where they are, where they should be, and what needs to happen to close the gap.
  • A forecasting and replenishment framework that handles demand volatility without requiring perfect data.
  • A track record of finding growth opportunities before they become obvious – and acting on them.
  • A reputation inside Healf as someone who gets things done and makes the people around them more effective.
