The Accelerated Operator Programme is designed for exceptional individuals leaving prestige tracks who are ready to become commercial operators inside Healf. This is not a graduate scheme or a soft landing; it is a structured programme that takes people who have already proved they are exceptional and gives them the context, autonomy, and accountability to become the operating backbone of a company scaling from £100m to £1bn across multiple markets.
The work involves joining a real seat from day one, where your role will depend on where the company needs you most and where you'll have the greatest impact. The problems span the full breadth of the commercial operation:
- Commercial and Growth: Healf acquires, converts, and retains half a million regular customers. You will find the lever that changes the trajectory of the business.
- International and Strategy: Project Atlas is taking Healf from the UK into Germany and beyond, involving market entry, competitive positioning, pricing, and operations.
- Operations: Healf ships hundreds of thousands of orders, and process improvements can significantly impact margins.
