Build the Future of Wellbeing

If modern wellbeing were redesigned from scratch, it wouldn’t live in a GP’s office or a cluttered supplement aisle. It would be digital-first, beautifully curated, and powered by data that actually helps you feel your best. That’s what we’re building at Healf —an ecommerce platform at the intersection of personalised health and curated wellbeing. We connect customers with the world’s most effective products across EAT MOVE MIND and SLEEP, and we’re just getting started.

We combine culture-shaping storytelling, cutting-edge health tech (like our new blood testing platform, Healf Zone), and a best-in-class product experience to help people build rituals that work. Backed by investors behind Soho House, Alo Yoga, Cult Beauty, and Innocent, we’re scaling fast—and redefining how the world shops and lives well.

The Role

We’re looking for a bold, brand-savvy Influencer and Partnerships Manager to help grow Healf’s partner and creator ecosystem—turning tastemakers into advocates and building a vibrant community rooted in wellbeing. You’ll support the execution of campaigns with creators, wellness brands, and community partners—bringing Healf’s Four Pillars (Eat, Move, Mind, Sleep) to life in inspiring and authentic ways. We’re after someone who doesn’t just talk about wellness—they live it. You’re energised by connecting with others, passionate about building community, and deeply attuned to the cultural shift toward healthier living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a Creator Engine That Scales: Identify and engage creators—from micro-influencers to niche community leaders—who align with Healf’s values. Help onboard and nurture these relationships through thoughtful communication, campaign support, and community building. Coordinate creator campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with scalable workflows and toolkits.
  • Grow and Support Brand Partnerships: Help source, vet, and manage partnerships with wellness brands, gyms, studios, and like-minded businesses. Work cross-functionally to execute brand collaborations, activations, and community initiatives. Ensure partnerships add value to our customers and elevate the Healf brand.
  • Execute Campaigns with Cultural Relevance: Assist in planning and launching seasonal influencer and brand campaigns. Work closely with Growth and Content teams to align on messaging, voice, and timing. Track, measure, and report on campaign impact and performance.
  • Build and Nurture Community: Help create real spaces—digital and physical—where people feel inspired, connected, and part of something meaningful. Contribute to a community experience that reflects the heart of our mission: helping people live better, every day.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–3 years in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or community management—ideally in wellness, lifestyle, or DTC.
  • Lifestyle-Aligned: You walk the talk—deeply invested in wellbeing, fitness, or holistic health. You naturally connect with others who share these values and are excited to help build a brand and community around them.
  • People-Centered: Sociable, inclusive, and energised by helping others feel part of something bigger.
  • Platform Fluency: Working knowledge of social-first content strategies and how creators drive brand impact.
  • Strong Communicator: You build rapport easily, can write compelling briefs, and know how to maintain great partner relationships.
  • Organised & Action-Oriented: You’re able to juggle multiple campaigns, partners, and platforms without dropping the ball.
  • Data-Aware: Comfortable tracking outreach and campaign performance to understand what’s working and where to double down.

Why Join Healf?

  • Do your life’s best work – Build something that matters, with a team that moves fast and aims high.
  • Surround yourself with A+ talent – You’ll work with high-performers who care deeply and raise the standard every day.
  • Be a builder – This isn’t a cog-in-the-machine role. You’ll help shape our voice, culture, and growth.
  • Wellbeing is the lifestyle – From office yoga to Healf Zone insights, everything we do is rooted in our pillars: EAT MOVE MIND SLEEP.

Benefits (UK):

  • 50% staff discount on all products.
  • Premium Wellhub membership – access 1000s of gyms, yoga & fitness studios.
  • Weekly in-office yoga.
  • Complimentary sauna + ice bath sessions.
  • 5-day summer team retreat.
  • Hybrid working: 3 days/week in our London office (or open to exceptional remote candidates).
