As we continue to scale, we are looking for a seasoned marketer to join our team as either a Head of Acquisition or a broader Head of Marketing role. This is a dynamic role providing an outstanding opportunity to grow with a hyper-growth business.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for core new customer acquisition channels and retention marketing.
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize performance marketing strategies overlooking both paid search and social with our paid media agencies.
- Liaise with our brand team to guide creative testing and scaling for paid social.
- Work with our SEO specialist and in-house content team to drive organic revenue.
- Oversee CRM, app, and subscription initiatives to maximise customer engagement.
- Work closely with the Head of Growth and other senior leaders to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
What we need from you
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience in £50m+ ARR, hyper-growth businesses.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in building and managing cross-functional teams.
