The Role: We’re hiring a senior Growth Digital Designer to own performance-led creative across paid social. This is a permanent, high-impact role for a designer with exceptional craft and taste, operating at the intersection of growth, brand, and motion. You’ll work hands-on from concept to delivery, partnering closely with Growth, Product, and the wider creative team to produce best-in-class paid social creative that drives business results while raising the creative bar. This role carries a high standard and is pivotal to our growth engine.
Where You’ll Make An Impact:
- Paid social & performance creative: Create high-impact image and video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and display. Adapt and version creative across formats (stories, reels, carousels, banners) and landing pages / onsite modules. Lead creative thinking for core paid social outputs.
- Video & motion: Edit and version short-form video (CapCut or After Effects). Add supers, captions, end cards, and cut-downs to meet platform specs. Build lightweight animations and motion templates in After Effects for social and product content.
- Image sourcing & generation: Source, curate, and produce imagery (stock, UGC, partner assets). Use AI image generation where it meaningfully improves speed or output quality.
- Systems & scale: Create Photoshop ad/toolkit files ready for delivery. Design and maintain Dynamic Product Ad (DPA) frames and modular template systems. Collaborate with Growth on rapid testing and iteration cycles.
- Creative thinking & experimentation: Translate insights and performance signals into strong creative concepts. Build moodboards, explore references, and recommend next creative tests.
- Brand stewardship: Maintain the Brand Asset Bank, templates, and guidelines. Ensure consistency and craft across all growth touchpoints.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Product, Brand Partners, and CRM to deliver cohesive, on-brand storytelling at pace.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years experience in senior visual / digital design roles (in-house or agency).
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional paid social work, short-form video, and motion.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut or After Effects) with solid motion fundamentals.
- Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platform specs and best practices.
- Strong visual taste, art direction instincts, and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in fast test-and-learn environments with frequent iteration.
- Data-aware mindset: you use performance signals to refine and improve creative.
- Clear communication, ownership mentality, and bias to action.
