The Role

As a Founders Associate (Chief of Staff) youll work side by side with Healfs Founders to drive the company forward. This is a unique role at the heart of the business combining strategy operations and execution. Youll be trusted with high-impact projects problem-solving across every function and ensuring the founders vision is translated into reality.

This isnt a support role its a launchpad. Youll have visibility across the entire business from fundraising and partnerships to product and operations. Youll act as a force multiplier for the founders helping them work at their highest leverage while accelerating your own growth.

Where You’ll Make An Impact

Strategic Initiatives

• Partner with the founders on high-priority projects from fundraising and partnerships to new business verticals.
• Analyse data trends and insights to inform key decisions and shape company strategy.
• Drive special projects that sit outside of day-to-day operations but are critical to scaling Healf.

Operational Excellence

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the business and design scalable solutions.
• Build processes that help the team work faster smarter and more effectively.
• Support cross-functional initiatives ensuring the right priorities are executed at pace.

Founder Leverage

• Act as the Founders Right Hand : prepare briefs follow up on actions and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Manage internal and external communications keeping key stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Represent the founders in meetings where needed distilling key insights and driving outcomes.

Team & Culture

• Work closely with team leads to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.
• Embody and champion the Healf culture helping to scale our ways of working as we grow.
• Play a pivotal role in hiring and onboarding as we build a world-class team.

What You’ll Bring

This role requires a highly ambitious adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced high-intensity environment.

Experience in a high-performance environment such as consulting banking VC a startup or in a founder / Chief of Staff role.

Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.

Highly analytical with the ability to distill complexity into clear insights and actions.

Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering outcomes at speed.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to influence and inspire.

Entrepreneurial drive and a willingness to get your hands dirty no task too small or big.
