Build the Future of Wellbeing. That’s what we’re building at Healf. An ecommerce platform at the intersection of personalized health and curated wellbeing. We connect customers with the world’s most effective products across EAT, MOVE, MIND, and SLEEP. We combine culture‑shaping storytelling, cutting‑edge health tech (like our new blood testing platform, Healf Zone), and a best‑in‑class product experience to help people build rituals that work.

At Healf, we’re not just a company, we’re a movement. Founded by two brothers whose own wellbeing journeys inspired our mission to empower others, Healf is built on grit, determination, and a shared understanding of the power of wellbeing. Our culture is grounded in The Healf Standard—five principles that define how we work and win:

  • We Work Harder Than Anyone Else: Building something that improves lives takes long hours, grit, and sacrifice, but we thrive on it.
  • Never Settle: We challenge the status quo and push ourselves to be better every day.
  • Obsession Over Talent: Talent alone isn’t enough—relentless curiosity and a drive to grow set us apart.
  • The Healf Lifestyle: We live what we preach—our personal commitment to wellbeing fuels our professional productivity.
  • Stronger Together: Everyone owns their lane, but we run as a unit.

With Healf Zone on the horizon, we’re entering the next phase of our journey: closing the loop on health with personalised, preventative care that unlocks longevity and optimised wellbeing. This is your chance to help build something that’s not only extraordinary, but a first of its kind.

The Opportunity: We are hiring a truly exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder of a high‑growth, Series B company building toward a multi‑billion pound, multi‑generational business. This is not a reactive diary management role. We are looking for a precision‑driven, intellectually sharp, high‑EQ operator who can act as a true guardian of time. The right person will play a critical role in increasing the Founder’s effectiveness, protecting deep work, and ensuring attention is allocated to the highest‑leverage opportunities across talent, capital, brand, operations, and strategy.

Where You’ll Make An Impact: You will:

  • Design and own the Founder’s time architecture — not just manage a calendar, but shape how time is invested.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, confidently filtering inbound and saying no when appropriate.
  • Apply strong judgement to inbound opportunities — understanding which meetings and relationships create meaningful leverage, and which do not.
  • Represent the business to senior operators, investors, and founders with polish and judgement.
  • Build structured systems for calendar management, relationship tracking (CRM), executive rhythm, and internal coordination.
  • Reduce administrative load quickly and bring clarity and structure to weekly time allocation.
  • Improve executive meeting cadence and support leadership team coordination where helpful.
  • Operate at the centre of a high‑performance, ambitious, office‑based environment.

This role offers real influence over how a scaling company is run — through the leverage of time.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days):

  • Full ownership of calendar and time architecture.
  • Clear structure around deep work, talent, investor, and operational time.
  • Reduced administrative burden for the Founder and leadership team.
  • A clean, structured system for managing key relationships and follow‑ups.
  • Increased clarity and intentionality in how time is allocated across the company.

Who This Role Is For: This will excite you if:

  • You take genuine pride in making exceptional people more effective.
  • You are obsessively organised and systems‑oriented.
  • You have strong commercial awareness and judgement.
  • You are comfortable operating at pace without sacrificing precision.
  • You enjoy being trusted with high standards and high expectations.
  • You want to build a long‑term career as a world‑class Executive Assistant.

This role is not a chaos‑management position. It is a precision, optimisation, and leverage role.

You Have:

  • Significant experience supporting a high‑performing CEO or founder (typically 5+ years).
  • Proven experience thriving in high‑intensity environments (startup, scale‑up, PE‑backed, etc.) and a genuine preference for this level of pace and performance.
  • Demonstrated longevity and discretion.
  • Evidence of strong judgement and executive presence.

This Role Is Not Designed For:

  • Early‑career candidates at the beginning of their EA journey.
  • Individuals exploring a short‑term stepping stone into other functions.
  • High‑profile or lifestyle‑focused EA roles centred around glamour or personal brand.
  • Aspiring Chiefs of Staff seeking a transition into strategy.

Why Join Healf:

  • Do your life’s best work: Build something that matters, with a team that moves fast and aims high.
  • Surround yourself with A+ talent: You’ll work with high‑performers who care deeply and raise the standard every day.
  • Be a builder: This isn’t a cog‑in‑the‑machine role. You’ll help shape our voice, culture, and growth.
  • Wellbeing is the lifestyle: From office yoga to Healf Zone insights, everything we do is rooted in our pillars: EAT MOVE MIND SLEEP.
  • Premium Wellhub Membership: Unlimited entry to 1000’s of gym, yoga, & fitness studios.
  • Exclusive Healf Perks: 50% off all Healf products plus discounted Healf Zone blood testing.
  • Nest Pension: Secure your future with our pension contributions.
  • Wellbeing‑Focused Workspace: Incredible Hammersmith office with great natural lighting.
  • Team Connection: Annual company‑wide retreat to recharge and bond.
