Healf has built something rare with half a million customers, 700k orders, and over 100 brands across EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. A supply chain that has scaled from £1m to £100m in under three years is now looking for someone to build what comes next.
This role is not a typical inventory control position. Instead, it involves owning inventory planning and replenishment for around 70 tech brands from scratch, including:
- The forecasting logic
- The safety stock framework
- The weekly buy plan
- The automation decisions
Healf is Europe’s fastest-growing company, aiming for £1bn in the next three years. We curate the world’s best wellbeing brands across The Four Pillars™: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. The next chapter involves moving from one market to many, from e-commerce to a technology platform, and from curating wellbeing to defining it.
Inventory is a high-leverage point in the business. A single stock-out in a top-selling tech category can lead to significant issues. This role requires someone who owns the detail with precision and commercial sense to catch potential problems early.
We are building one of the most AI-native operating models in Europe. Your decisions will directly drive revenue and cash performance, shaping how Healf scales for years to come.
What you will own:
- The inventory planning and replenishment system for ~70 tech brands, including weekly ordering decisions and availability KPIs.
- The forecasting framework, updating rapidly as data arrives.
- The analytics and reporting spine, building the decision cadence around it.
- The cross-functional operating rhythm, working across teams with the authority to enforce guardrails.
- The process and automation map, defining what to automate and where human judgement is necessary.
Why you’re Healf:
- You take initiative in low-visibility environments, building reports and dashboards yourself.
- You create MVP systems that ensure compliance and usability.
- You segment ruthlessly, prioritising effectively based on time and cash constraints.
- You think in scenarios, making PO decisions based on risk tolerance.
- You are curious about AI and have used it to enhance your work.
- You are personally invested in wellbeing, tracking your sleep and considering your diet.
Show us:
- A system, process, or tool you built from scratch.
- A moment where your judgement overrode the model successfully.
- A bad decision and what you learned from it.
- Evidence of moving fast without breaking things.
- Something that shows wellbeing is personal for you.
The deal:
We offer a competitive base salary for the right person, expecting full ownership and commitment in return. We invest in your growth, wellbeing, and the skills needed for the next decade.
If you believe the most important work of your career is ahead of you, this is the place to do it.
One question: Include your answer in your CV or cover letter when you apply. You’ve just taken over planning for a high-growth tech brand. It’s been live for six weeks, the first reorder is due, and the sales data is noisy. You have £40k of open budget and the supplier has a three-week lead time. How do you approach the buy decision? 200 words. Plain English. No templates. Show us how you think.
