The Work
- Join the performance function and collaborate with UK Talent Lead, Head of Performance Science, Human Performance Lead.
- Frontier scouting: map talent pools, build relationships, bring forward candidates such as Stripe alumni, DeepMind researchers, and Olympic athletes.
- Build a recognition engine: develop proactive pipelines, a community of vetted candidates, and an assessment system based on the Healf Standard.
- Develop the careers and community brand to attract high potential candidates before they apply.
- Own the arc from first conversation to high performer, including induction, calibration, goal setting, leadership programmes, and culture building.
