This programme is designed for those trained to be brilliant inside structured environments, providing the context, autonomy, and accountability to become the operating backbone of a company scaling from £100m to £1bn across multiple markets. Every operator will have access to the tooling, training, and environment to work at the frontier of what AI makes possible.
The work involves joining a real seat from day one, where you will tackle problems across:
- Commercial and Growth: Healf acquires, converts, and retains half a million regular customers.
- International and Strategy: Project Atlas is taking Healf from the UK into Germany and beyond.
- Operations: Healf ships hundreds of thousands of orders, with process improvements having significant value.
In a year, you will have built:
- A track record of commercial outcomes.
- Fluency across the full commercial operation of a business scaling internationally.
- The operating skills that the prestige track doesn't teach.
- A clear path to functional leadership.
- Fluency with AI tooling.
