Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm is a family-run, admission-based visitor attraction and home to the thriving production house of the famous Rattler Cyder! Since the company was founded in 1980, Healeys has grown incredibly, with listings across big supermarket chains such as Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Asda and Morrisons, in addition to our regional and national wholesale partners. With a multi-faceted production facility specialising in a range of products from ciders, wines, preserves and spirits, our business is thriving and has a very exciting future ahead.
An exciting opportunity is available to join our busy Sales team, to become a permanent part of an iconic Cornish Business, and to make your mark in this exciting role as Sales & Brand Activation Executive where you will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across both the on- and off-trade channels through impactful brand activations and strong customer relationships. As a key brand ambassador, you will represent the brand in-market, delivering exceptional support to customers while identifying opportunities to expand distribution, enhance visibility, and drive commercial performance. You will also play a pivotal role in executing best-in-class activations across events, festivals, and customer accounts, ensuring the brand is consistently represented to the highest standard.
Salary: £28,000 plus bonus & Company Car
Hours: 40 hours per week. Flexibility required and will be required to work weekends while supporting events
Key Responsibilities
- Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across on and off-trade channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and exceptional support.
- Identify opportunities to increase distribution, visibility, and rate of sale within existing and prospective accounts.
- Lead the planning, transport, set up, and execution of all brand activations across events and festivals, primarily across the Southwest.
- Take ownership of bar builds and event setups, ensuring all assets are presented to the highest possible standard.
- Safely transport bars, equipment, and promotional assets, including driving a van and towing a trailer where required.
- Ensure all events and activations are delivered flawlessly with exceptional attention to detail.
- Act as a passionate and knowledgeable brand ambassador at all customer and consumer touchpoints.
- Engage consumers in a fun, approachable, and professional manner to drive awareness, trial, and advocacy.
- Ensure all events are executed flawlessly, with strong attention to detail and a 'perfectionist' mindset.
- Regular weekend work and travel to support the full events calendar.
- Support and help to grow & build strong relationships in both on & off trade accounts locally in Cornwall when not attending events.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.
- Be hands-on, adaptable, and willing to support across all areas of the business as needed.
- Be open to completing tasks which may fall outside of your role or remit with a positive, sleeves rolled up mentality.
- Any other activity/tasks as and when requested by the Directors.
Work Experience
- Experience in sales, hospitality, or events.
- Previous experience running or supporting events in a drinks-led role (highly desirable).
- Experience with bar operations and draught systems preferred.
