Duties & Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content
- Plan, create and schedule compelling social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Community manage all channels — responding to comments, DMs and brand mentions in a timely and on-brand manner.
- Identify and act on reactive, trend-led content opportunities to keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Maintain a consistent and distinctive tone of voice across all brands and platforms.
- Report on social media performance, draw out insight, and make data-led recommendations.
- Support the execution of digital campaign launches across social channels.
- Brand Activation & Events
- Support the planning and delivery of sampling campaigns, brand activations, festivals and trade events.
- Coordinate event logistics, POS materials and brand assets to ensure seamless on-site execution.
- Represent the brand externally with confidence, enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Support brand ambassador activity and ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Assist with on and off-trade marketing to drive product visibility and footfall.
- Some weekend and evening work will be required to support events and activations.
- Ecommerce & CRM
- Manage day-to-day website updates, product listings, landing pages and seasonal campaign content.
- Support ecommerce performance through well-executed online sales campaigns and product launches.
- Build, schedule and optimise email marketing campaigns via CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo).
- Monitor ecommerce and CRM performance, report on key metrics and identify opportunities to improve.
- Work with the team to develop customer engagement and retention activity.
- Ensure the website and ecommerce experience is always on-brand and commercially optimised.
- Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate campaign delivery across channels — managing timelines, assets and stakeholder communication.
- Brief designers and agencies clearly and efficiently, managing feedback and approval processes.
- Support NPD and product launch activity, ensuring digital and social elements are delivered on time.
- Assist with the production of print and POS communications (e.g. menus, leaflets, event materials).
- Produce regular marketing performance reports and contribute to campaign debriefs.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, ecommerce and hospitality teams to ensure aligned activity.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date asset libraries and campaign trackers.

- You instinctively understand how to speak to different audiences across different platforms — and you know what great brand content looks and feels like.
- You are highly organised and can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- You bring creative thinking to everything you do, but you are equally comfortable in the commercial and analytical side of marketing.
- You are a self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — you spot opportunities and act on them.
- You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where every day looks different.
- You are a confident communicator who can represent the brand brilliantly — in a meeting room or at a festival.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, drinks, hospitality, lifestyle or a digitally-led consumer brand.
- Proven experience managing social media channels across both organic and paid activity.
- Hands-on experience with CMS and ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress).
- Experience building and sending email campaigns via a CRM platform (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Experience supporting brand events, activations or sampling campaigns is advantageous.
Qualification
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline is preferred but not essential. We value demonstrable experience and a strong portfolio of work above formal qualifications.
