Heales Innovation Group – Hitchin, Hertfordshire (Office Based) is seeking a proactive HR & Training Administrator to join our growing HR team.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and coordinating training, ensuring our people processes are delivered efficiently and professionally.

Working with the Head of HR, you will generate HR reports, maintain GDPR-compliant files, and help drive continuous improvement across our people processes.
