The Role:

Key Responsibilities – Clinical Excellence:

• Deliver meticulous professional dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing to the highest standard
• Perform in‑scope treatments including composite fillings, fissure sealing, and advanced preventive therapies with precision and attention to aesthetic outcomes
• Capture and manage digital radiographs using state‑of‑the‑art imaging systems, ensuring patient safety and diagnostic accuracy

Patient Experience & Education:

• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments with detailed patient communication and evidence‑based findings
• Educate patients using a consultative approach, empowering them to take ownership of their oral health and understand treatment value
• Build lasting patient relationships through exceptional communication, empathy, and a commitment to their long‑term wellbeing
• Support dentists seamlessly during examinations and procedures, anticipating needs and ensuring flawless patient comfort

Clinical Leadership & Standards:

Essential Skills & Qualifications – Professional Requirements:

• GDC (General Dental Council) registration in good standing
• Current professional indemnity insurance with appropriate coverage
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or willingness to obtain)
