Heal Care Group is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the operationalisation of a growing multi-site care business in the West Midlands, overseeing integration of acquisitions, operating rhythm, KPI reporting, occupancy and budget management, HR, IT, and central services.
This is a hands-on executive role, building the central operations function in the first year while balancing strategic planning with delivery, reporting to the CEO, and working across homes and board.
