Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operations, overseeing sales, vinted sales, stock management, customer service, and volunteer coordination.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high standards of shop presentation.
  • Support and motivate volunteers to achieve shop goals.
  • Assist with stock rotation, pricing, and merchandising.

  • Charity retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to cover additional hours during holidays.
