We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Deputy Manager to help drive sales and support our mission. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference while developing your retail and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead operations, overseeing sales, stock management, customer service, and volunteer coordination.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high standards of shop presentation.
- Support and motivate volunteers to achieve shop goals.
- Assist with stock rotation, pricing, and merchandising.
- A proactive and reliable team player with a passion for retail and community engagement.
- Charity retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to cover additional hours during holidays.
- Must be confident in using digital systems (Microsoft 365).
