We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Deputy Manager to help drive sales and support our mission. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference while developing your retail and leadership skills. Salary: £13.17 per hour Hours: 14 hours per week Location: 90 New Street, Huddersfield, HD1 2TR Key Responsibilities Lead operations, overseeing sales, stock management, customer service, and volunteer coordination. Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high standards of shop presentation. Support and motivate volunteers to achieve shop goals. Assist with stock rotation, pricing, and merchandising. What We’re Looking For A proactive and reliable team player with a passion for retail and community engagement. Charity retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided. Strong communication and organisational skills. Flexibility to cover additional hours during holidays. You must be confident in using digital systems (Microsoft 365) About You We would like to hear from you if you think you have the enthusiasm and commitment to meet the challenges and expectations of charity retailing.
