Join Headway and make a difference in our Cheadle charity shop! We need a Sunday Supervisor. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sunday Supervisor to join our team in Cheadle. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused individual to run the Sunday operation of our busy charity shop.
You will help drive sales, support and motivate volunteers, maintain high merchandising standards and ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers and donors. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys retail, thrives in a team environment and is passionate about making a difference in the local community.
You must be confident in using digital systems (Microsoft 365). Charity retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
