We are currently looking for Residential Childcare Workers to join our residential homes!
Purpose of Job:
Based in a children's residential home, you will be working with young people with challenging behaviour, and you will need to be flexible, resilient, honest and well organised, as well as committed to providing a high standard of childcare to help young people achieve the best possible outcomes.
This is a permanent role with excellent career prospects and a comprehensive training programme within an expanding company. You will be working on average 38 hours per week - 2 days on and 4 days off shift pattern with 2 sleep-ins. In addition, you will be eligible for generous allowances for.
