Headway UK is seeking a Deputy Manager for our charity shop in Altrincham.
You will cover managers' holidays, recruit and manage volunteers, handle stock donations, and manage cash and Gift Aid while guiding shop performance.
You will lead a small team to ensure excellent customer experience, maintain high shop standards, and support with stock rotation, pricing, and merchandising.
Flexibility to cover extra hours during holidays is essential.
