The Role

We are working with a regulated organisation that requires additional temporary support to assist with a Third-Party Risk Management project. This opportunity would suit an experienced Procurement Analyst who is comfortable supporting structured, process-led project work.

The Procurement Analyst role will focus heavily on data entry, backfilling supplier information and triggering risk assessments within a Third-Party Risk Management system. It is important that applicants for this position are comfortable with repetitive, detail-driven tasks, as this will form the core of the role.

You will join an existing team member and work closely with Procurement and Compliance colleagues, providing valuable support in this assignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Third-Party Risk Management process using a dedicated risk management system
  • Backfilling supplier and procurement data and triggering new supplier risk assessments
  • Sending and monitoring risk questionnaires to internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Chasing responses and ensuring procurement-related tasks are completed within agreed timescales
  • Liaising with internal teams including Procurement, Compliance, IT and Legal
  • Reviewing supplier information and supporting basic contract and procurement risk checks
  • Maintaining accurate records and producing simple procurement and risk reports where required
  • Escalating risks, delays or data gaps to the wider procurement team

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Procurement Analyst, procurement administrator, vendor risk or compliance-focused role
  • An understanding of supplier management, Third-Party Risk Management or procurement processes is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work through repetitive, data-heavy tasks accurately
  • Confident using procurement systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Organised, methodical and able to manage deadlines effectively
  • Comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
