Operations & Sales Support Administrator to join a friendly and growing textile business in BD16.
Our client is an established textile manufacturer and distributor supplying customers across Europe, including major fashion brands, with recent expansion into technical textiles.
The UK team is small and close-knit, with the wider Group employing around people across several European countries.
This
Operations & Sales Support Administrator position is a varied role covering European/International and (some UK) sales support, customer service, warehouse administration reporting and general business administration.
It would suit someone organised, adaptable and keen to learn, with the opportunity to develop their skills and take on additional responsibility.
- The Operations & Sales Support Administrator Role
- Processing goods received and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Assisting with supplier purchase orders and stock control.
- Processing customer sales orders and responding to product and stock enquiries.
- Liaising with colleagues to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Producing routine sales reports and maintaining accurate business data.
- Providing general office and business administration.
- Assisting Directors with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Supporting different areas of the business as required.
